 SIGN OF TIMES AS THEATRE HEEDS DEAF A recent 'The Australian' newspaper article showcases actor Luke Watts ( Auslan user) who will star in Melbourne Theatre Company production "Tribes". This production will feature some Auslan within the performance. Luke will be the first member of the Deaf community who will play a lead role in an MTC production.  At ANC in Sydney it was announced that the next ANC will be in Adelaide. ASLIA was actually born at a conference in Adelaide 20 years ago in 1991; so 2012 ANC will be  the 21st birthday party!  Where will YOU be on 24-26 August 2012?  Woodford Folk Festival is powering again this year on 27 Dec to 2 Jan.
